I am a German automotive engineer. I have 24 years of experience delivering manufacturing projects of up to $150 million for premium brands, including Audi, BMW, Jaguar, Mercedes-Benz, Tesla, Volkswagen, and Volvo, as well as their equipment suppliers.

I oversee the lean management of current and emerging electric vehicle (EV) assembly line technologies. This work includes the design, installation, and commissioning of drive unit, battery, body-in-white, final assembly, and end-of-line equipment. I also upgrade existing lines so that new EV models and components can run on the current shop floor.

I scale this process using German Engineer, an AI product that assists project teams in procuring, installing, and commissioning equipment, as well as allocating materials and personnel. It multiplies specialist expertise rather than replacing it.

Starting in November 2026, I will be available for on-site employment or contract roles in the United States. I am currently available for remote or Europe-based contract work.

My I-140 is approved. It is an EB-2 National Interest Waiver that I filed for myself. No employer sponsorship is required.
